The 9aph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. 9aph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the registration process and is enforced through identity documentation review.
If 9aph becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data from its systems, close the associated account, and return any funds deposited in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidance. If you believe that a person under 21 has registered on the Platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected].
9aph reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players by email to the address on record and/or through a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform. The revised Policy will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the 9aph Platform after the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
